Clarity within oneself creates clarity in external communication

“From the inside out. Inner clarity brings clarity on the outside. Your own inner change brings change in the company.”
As a supplement to cross-company transformation processes, coaching, especially at management level, is a decisive lever for driving and anchoring sustainable change in the organization.

As part of our executive coaching sessions, we help experienced managers, managing directors and members of the C-suite in IT and tech companies to see themselves and their own potential in a new light, discover innovative solutions and sensitize them to how to deal more effectively with nerds in the team.

The expertise of Alice Moustier and her team lies primarily in raising awareness of talent and making the company more interesting for them. Social recruiting and employer branding can be established after the coaching. Coaching is initially about gaining clarity as a manager. New management approaches should bring new perspectives and thus open up new opportunities.

Team workshops complete the offer and provide the opportunity to efficiently implement the cultural change begun in executive coaching as well as strategic transformation processes at the factual level in the organization. More

The Difference

What is the difference between executive coaching and management training? Unlike coaching, training programmes are designed to "impart specialist knowledge" to participants. The aim is to provide participants with specific knowledge and various skills. In terms of content, training courses are linked to the knowledge of the trainer and do not usually focus on personal, individual aspects of the participants or their relationships with each other.

In other words, leadership training provides a group of leaders and managers with specific information and techniques that they can practise and then integrate into their day-to-day work with their teams. Training, in comparison to coaching, is more general in nature and relates primarily to the professional level.

With our clients, we start by using coaching to develop clarity among managers, clarity in team and personnel development, in the company's direction and culture.
Once this clarity has been achieved, we usually follow up with training, where we pass on our knowledge of how to integrate and utilize the talents of nerds. Training that enables us to carry out social recruiting and employer branding.

Our Executive coaching has an impact beyond the individual and supports the development of a resilient, agile corporate culture in which innovation and personal responsibility are encouraged. This creates a community in which everyone
can develop and contribute to the company's success.

More about sustainable corporate culture
Button: (do not redirect to a new page, just open the text) “More about sustainable corporate culture”

The most important virtue of a sustainable organization is to encourage self-thinking and self-empowerment and to create the framework for this attitude to flourish.
But how can we create a culture in which the willingness to take responsibility for oneself is just as natural as the ability to develop further and create new answers for a changing world? This requires a willingness to break up outdated structures and the will to rethink leadership and work.

An organization only has the chance to navigate successfully in an environment of digitalization, disruption and complexity if its culture allows it to do so.

Even if there are no ready-made answers, there are helpful patterns for action. The important keywords are: self-determined work, freedom and responsibility, trust, experimentation, constructive dissent, a culture of error and psychological safety.

My self-image as a coach & mentor

For me, my own creative coaching, which I received while I was still at school, was a key to greater satisfaction in life.

Using this tool to dissolve my own blockages, to significantly optimize myself and my results, to question and improve my way of communicating, inspired me. As this long-term support even saved my life in some cases, I decided to pass on the creative tools I had learned to other people.

With over 10 years of expertise in working with geeks and their communication, I support IT and tech companies in restructuring and change processes. My role as a coach is to make patterns of behavior and thinking visible in order to define sustainable change. In doing so, I rely on creative and descriptive tools that create clarity and focus. My approach is unconventional, at eye level and direct.

I support you and your team in quickly grasping challenges and developing clear, actionable strategies. Together, we ensure that complex projects are completed successfully and focus on the essentials.
Due to my many years of experience, also from my own family of entrepreneurs, I am very familiar with the challenges that entrepreneurs, managers and their teams face in an increasingly complex working world and volatile times. Holistic leadership, effective teamwork, communication training and conflict resolution are central elements of my work.

I look forward to accompanying you and your company as a sparring partner and ensuring your success.

The procedure

Initial meeting

This is where we get to know each other personally! We clarify all open questions, discuss the general conditions, see whether the chemistry is right and whether we want to work together.

Target definition

Who are you? What challenges do you currently face? What do you want to be different after coaching than before? In our first coaching session, we look at your initial situation in detail and define your measurable goal.

Your way to your goal

We travel in the medium to long term. As a coach and sparring partner, Alice Moustier is regularly at your side and accompanies you. We transform old identities, define strategies, discover new perspectives and find solutions so that you can achieve your goals and actively take the lead again.

At the destination

At the end of our journey, we analyze the results achieved together. You will also be given tools and exercises that will enable you to stay on track even after the coaching.

Clients Referance

For your young age you have a great life experience, plus your imagination and confident cheerful mood. Thank you Alice.
